A whisky released in a limited edition to celebrate the people and crafts that have made Lagavulin excel over the past two centuries, its fragrant, tea-scented smoke, along with maritime flavours are unlocked with just a drop of water.

Inspired by Alfred Barnard's visit to the distillery in the 1880s, when he sampled an eight-year-old young whisky from the distillery that he called "exceptionally good", this is a fitting tribute to such an occasion.

With a light body that becomes pleasantly oily, the Lagavulin 8 Year Old boasts a magnificent, classic Lagavulin house taste that is somehow even more spectacular than you'd expect.
