With a deep red-purple robe, the wine is characterized by concentrated flavors of black cherry and ripe plum, accompanied by notes of coffee, dark chocolate and toast. Wine structure and balance between fruit and tannins juicy grapes coming from both the borrowers and those from wood very well integrated. Food pairing: We recommend serving with grilled red meat cooked with sauce finished chocolate, pasta dishes and cheese.

The Winery

Originile Casei Concha Y Toro dateaza inca din anul 1883. Cele mai importante posesiuni ale companiei sunt viile cu o viata indelungata. Don Melchor de Concha Y Toro a plantat viile in Pirque, zona cu cea mai mare altitudine si cu cele mai joase temperaturi de pe Valea Maipo. Acestea au fost printre primele vii plantate cu Cabernet Sauvignon in regiune, iar acestea au dobandit cu repeziciune prestigiu si au asigurat reputatia pe care vinurile rosii Chiliene o au astazi. Pe de alta parte, viile Pneumo, plantate cu Merlot in apropierea raului Cachapoal, sunt cele mai vechi vii de pe Valea Rapel.
