Non-Chill filtered & finished in hand selected 225L European oak barrels previously holding French Burgundy wine. Deep copper in colour this whisky has notes of oak, berries, honey, and vanilla with a lingering sweet full-bodied taste compounded by having spent its initial three years in 53-gallon 1st fill American white oak ex-Kentucky bourbon barrels.

APPEARENCE: Reddish copper color.

NOSE: Medium intensity, with notes of vanilla and honey.

TASTE: Sweet, woody, with a discreet blackberry aroma.

FINISH: Sweet and complex
