Details

Matured initially in 200L select Kentucky bourbon barrels this whisky was then transferred to 225L Amarone casks of European oak which previously held Amarone wine for 5 - 6 years. Sourced from a family winery located in Fumane, Valpolicella region, Italy.

Finished for just over one year this whisky will appeal to the discerning whisky connoisseur.

APPEARENCE: Medium copper colour , clean clarity, medium viscosity on the legs.

NOSE: Intense with notes of oak, spice, black pepper, black berries and candy.

TASTE: Sweet candy with spicy notes coming through.

FINISH: Creamy with a sweet lingering roundness
